2. We Are Bookkeepers, Not CPAs or Lawyers
Outsource Bookkeeping provides bookkeeping, sales tax filing, payroll, and financial reporting services. Unless expressly stated in a signed engagement letter, we are not Chartered Professional Accountants (CPAs) and do not provide audit, review, compilation/Notice to Reader, tax planning, corporate tax (T2) preparation, assurance, or legal services. References to “CPA-ready” reporting describe the format and quality of our deliverables; they do not mean we are licensed CPAs.
3. No Client Relationship
Visiting this site, reading our content, using our calculators, contacting us, booking a consultation, or subscribing to our communications does not create a bookkeeper-client, accountant-client, or any other professional relationship. A professional engagement is established only by a signed engagement letter and once we have confirmed acceptance in writing.
4. Accuracy and Currency
Canadian federal and provincial bookkeeping, tax, payroll, and sales tax rules change frequently.
